Issue: Weakened Foundation Wall and Wall Anchors
This was a standard wall anchor to secure a foundation wall, however, there were two tanks that were already installed (picture 1), that we had to maneuver around. The tanks were located right next to the wall, but the owners had them exposed for us when we got there.
We were able to work around the tanks and bolster the foundation wall. The home now has a secure basement wall and the homeowners can rest easy, knowing their foundation is repaired and stronger than before.
