Primary Pump Installation

We install heavy-duty submersible pumps sized to handle peak regional rainfall. The unit sits inside a durable, perforated or solid sump basin (often 18–24 inches or larger in diameter) that provides adequate water storage and reduces short-cycling. A check valve prevents backflow, while an alarm alerts you to any malfunction.

Battery Backup Systems

Power failures frequently coincide with heavy weather. Our backup systems use reliable batteries and a secondary pump or combination unit. These activate automatically when the primary system loses power, ensuring continuous protection. Many setups include monitoring that notifies you via audible alarm or optional remote alerts.

Sump Pump Pit and Basin Upgrades

Older, narrow pits often prove inadequate. We replace them with properly sized sump pump basins set in a stable gravel bed. This improves pump efficiency, eases maintenance, and accommodates higher water volumes. We seal the pit cover to control radon and odors while allowing easy access.

Discharge Line Design

We route rigid or flexible discharge pipe well away from the foundation—typically 10–20 feet or more—to a daylight exit, dry well, or approved storm connection. The line includes insulation or burial depth considerations to prevent freezing, along with a cleanout for future servicing.
